Thank you for shopping at Charge7 Store. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please review our return policy for further details.

Returns

  • All returns must be postmarked within thirty-one (31) days of the purchase date.
  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

  1. Request RMA Number:
    • Email our customer service team at support@charge7.at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Prepare Your Return:
    • Place the item securely in its original packaging.
    • Include proof of purchase.
    • Clearly label the package with your RMA number.
  3. Ship Your Return:

    • Use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package.
    • Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the condition of your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from receipt of your item for processing.
  • We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
